Hygienists
Our affiliated practices look for welcoming, friendly and experienced Dental Hygienists who enjoy building relationships with our patients. We believe and we’ve seen in our experience that the most successful Dental Hygienists possesses exemplary communication skills, are updated on the latest advancements in the field, and have an interest in educating patients on proper oral health techniques. Dental Hygienists spend as much time as anyone around patients, so a commitment to exceptional patient service is a must!
Dental Assistants
Dental Assistants play a vital role at each of our affiliated practices. We believe that a successful Dental Assistant possesses an extensive knowledge of dental terminology, is able to multitask, and has a desire to build a career around serving patients. While experience is greatly valued, a ‘can-do’ attitude and a passion for patient care define the ideal Dental Assistant.
Office Support Staff
Non-clinical support is the cornerstone of our expertise at American Dental Affiliates was formed and the essence of our commitment to our affiliated practices. American Dental Affiliates is looking for professional business personnel to provide management and administrative know-how to our affiliated dental teams. These team members play a central in shaping patient experiences, and should therefore thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Roles include: Office Manager, Patient Coordinator and Benefit Coordinator.
